SQSPCA Adoption Event & FREE Wellness Clinic

Please join us in Oneonta, NY at Neahwa Park on Sunday, May 18th for an afternoon of fun with adoptable animals made possible by lead sponsors Morris Garage & Otsego Auto Crushers!

We’ll have pets who would love to join your family, or even just enjoy your snuggles during the event, and adoption counselors on site to process adoptions if you fall in love (which we hope you do). Adoption fees will be 25% off* during the event as an added incentive to adopt!

In addition to adoptions, the SQSPCA Medical Team will be hosting a FREE Wellness Clinic, giving the opportunity for pet owners to get their dogs microchipped and up to date on rabies and distemper vaccines. Please note that dogs must be friendly and comfortable with our staff handling them in order to vaccinate and/or microchip them.

Our friends from Five Star Subaru are also attending the event to host an extra-special Stuff the Subaru Pet Food Drive! For every Subaru the community fills with pet supplies, Five Star Subaru will donate $200 to the SQSPCA – how awesome is that?!

Needed supplies include:

• Dry Dog Food
• Dry Puppy Food
• Canned Dog Food (pate preferred)
• Dry Cat Food
• Dry Kitten Food
• Canned Cat Food (pate preferred)
• Toys (for dogs & cats)
• Treats (for dogs & cats)
• Non-clumping Cat Litter

Our animals aren’t picky about brands, we just ask that you avoid grain-free diets and choose xylitol-free peanut butter if that is something on your list to bring.
