GOFAR (Low Cost Spay/Neuter Clinic)

The Greater Oneonta Fund for Animal Responsibility (GOFAR) is a nonprofit, low-cost spay and neuter clinic that operates out of the Susquehanna SPCA. GOFAR strives to help the community sterilize cats in order to reduce the chances of overpopulation causing homeless and unwanted animals.
For $60 each cat in the clinic receives the following: sterilization surgery, pain medication, a rabies vaccine, a FVRCP vaccine, deworming/ear mite treatment, ear clean, toenail trim, and flea treatment if needed.
To qualify for the GOFAR program you must meet the following financial guidelines:
