If you suspect and/or witness animal cruelty in your community, you can call 911 for emergencies, contact the Susquehanna SPCA at 607-547-8111 (follow the prompts) or fill in and submit the form below. You must provide your name and phone number and details about your complaint, including the physical address of the alleged cruelty.

Most of the reports we receive involve lack of food, water, shelter, and general animal care. Larger, more complex cases can result in on-site investigations, animal seizure, and prosecuting offenders.

If you would like to remain anonymous to those suspected of animal cruelty, we can arrange that. However, in order for the report to be taken seriously, we do need your name and contact information to share with law enforcement.
